These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and phgame3 governing your access to and use of the phgame3 online gaming platform at phgame3.org.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phgame3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph, subject to availability and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the Platform.
4.2 Deposit Currency. All transactions on the phgame3 Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). Funds deposited in other currencies will be converted at prevailing exchange rates as determined by phgame3 and applicable payment processors.
4.3 Player Funds Segregation. Player funds are held separately from phgame3 operational funds. This segregation ensures that your deposited balance is protected in the ordinary course of business.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. 5.1 General. phgame3 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and promotional credits to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published with each offer, which form part of this Agreement.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the bonus amount or winnings derived therefrom are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's terms.
5.3 Abuse. phgame3 reserves the right to withhold, void, or clawback bonuses where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotion mechanics, or systematically low-risk betting to satisfy wagering requirements.
5.4 No Entitlement. Participation in promotions is not guaranteed and may be restricted based on a Player's account status, jurisdiction, or prior bonus activity history.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phgame3 Platform is governed by its individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game's mechanics and outcomes.
6.2 Bets Are Final. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the phgame3 system, it is binding and cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn except as expressly provided in the applicable game rules.
6.3 Technical Errors. phgame3 reserves the right to void bets and correct errors arising from software malfunctions, data feed failures, human error, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Winnings paid out as a result of a technical error may be recovered from a Player's account.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. phgame3 may impose maximum single-bet payout limits across games. These limits will be displayed within each game or the applicable sports betting market.
6.5 Responsible Betting. Players are responsible for their own betting decisions. phgame3 does not provide betting advice and makes no representations regarding the outcome of any game or event.

10.3 Exclusions. phgame3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phgame3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Force Majeure. phgame3 shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or PAGCOR directives.
11.1 By Player. You may close your phgame3 account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.
11.2 By phgame3. phgame3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) evidence of fraud, cheating, or money laundering; (c) regulatory direction from PAGCOR; (d) non-compliance with KYC requirements; or (e) any other conduct phgame3 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Balances associated with accounts closed for breach of Terms may be forfeited following investigation. Obligations that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 7, 9, 10, 12, and 14 — shall remain in full force.
12.1 First-Step Resolution. If you have a dispute with phgame3 arising from your use of the Platform, you must first contact Customer Support at [email protected] and allow phgame3 a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter. phgame3 targets a written response to formal complaints within 5 business days.
12.2 PAGCOR Escalation. If you are not satisfied with phgame3's resolution of a complaint, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR, the Platform's regulatory authority, in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.
12.3 Informal Resolution Preference. Both parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve disputes informally before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
phgame3 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the phgame3 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in connection with any legal proceedings arising out of or in relation to these Terms, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
